3. Event Bookings

• All bookings are subject to availability
• Event hosts are responsible for event execution
• Dawn is not liable for cancellations or changes

4. Payments

• Payments are processed via third-party providers (e.g., Razorpay)
• Refund policies are determined by event hosts unless stated otherwise

5. Community & Content

Users may:

• Join communities
• Participate in chats

You may NOT:

• Harass other users
• Post harmful or illegal content

We reserve the right to remove users or content.

6. Check-ins & Tickets

• Each ticket has a unique QR code
• Tickets are non-transferable unless stated otherwise
• Fraudulent use may result in account suspension

7. Liability

Dawn is a platform connecting users and hosts.

We are not responsible for:

• Injuries during events
• Event quality or outcomes
• Disputes between users and hosts

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
